These terms govern the use of KikGoal. Using the service means accepting them.

Accepting these terms
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. Where an explicit acceptance is requested, access to the concerned features depends on it.
What the service is
KikGoal publishes sports information, statistics and analyses, including probability estimates produced by models.
KikGoal is not a bookmaker and not a betting operator: it takes no stake, holds no player funds and pays no winnings.
Countries and targeting
This service is published on the internet and is not directed at any particular country. No advertising, no promotion and no commercial approach is addressed to a specific national market. Reaching the address and reading the site is not an invitation addressed to your country, and nothing here is an offer where the law of the place you are in does not allow one. Paid access is opened only in the countries explicitly launched for it; that a page can be read elsewhere is not an offer made there. Whether you may use this service, and whether betting is lawful for you, is for you to check where you are.
No promised outcome
Analyses and probabilities are informational estimates. No result, no return and no performance is promised, and past accuracy does not establish future accuracy.
No page of this service may state or imply that a gain is guaranteed, that a result is certain, that a return is promised or that a rate of success has been measured, and nobody is authorised to make such a statement on its behalf. If you read one here, it does not bind us and must not be relied on. The confidence index shown beside an analysis is the model's own uncalibrated judgement of its own opinion: it is not a measured success rate, not a probability of being paid, and not a record of past accuracy.
Sports data comes from third-party providers and can be incomplete, delayed or corrected. Published source timestamps show how recent each element is.
Availability
The service is offered as it is and as it is available. No continuity is promised, no publication schedule is promised, and it is not promised that a given match, competition, analysis or figure will be present, complete or current. Features may be changed, paused or withdrawn, and third-party data may arrive late, wrong or not at all. An interruption is not a defect of your subscription and does not by itself give a right to compensation.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, and older where the law applicable where you live sets a higher age. Before any paid feature is opened you are asked to confirm that, and access depends on your confirmation. Declaring an age you do not have is a breach of these terms and leads to the closure of the account.
Responsible play
Betting carries a risk of loss and of addiction. Set limits, never commit money you need, and seek qualified local support if betting is causing harm.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and do not share, lend or resell your access. Activity performed with your account is your responsibility.
What you must not do
Do not use this service to break a law that applies to you. Do not present its analyses as your own work or as a promise made to someone else. Do not resell, redistribute or automate the collection of what is published here. Do not attempt to reach data, accounts or interfaces that are not yours. Checking whether betting is lawful for you, where you are, is yours to do.
Paid access
Prices are shown in a defined currency and are fixed by the server for each purchase. Paid access begins only once the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.
Payment, withdrawal and refunds
A subscription is paid in advance. Before paying you are asked, in a separate choice that is never ticked for you, to request that it start immediately and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to withdraw. If you make that request, the subscription starts at once and the amount paid is not refunded, in whole or in part. If you do not, it starts when the withdrawal period ends and you may withdraw until then. An amount taken in error, taken twice, or taken for access that was never opened is always corrected. Intellectual property
The interface, texts, analyses and compilations are protected. Personal consultation is permitted; extraction, automated collection, republication and resale require written authorisation.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of published information, for losses connected with betting, or for interruptions and third-party data errors.
We are not liable for money you lose. Any bet is placed by you, with a third party, from your own funds and at your own risk: we take no stake, hold none and receive no share of one. We are not liable for a losing bet, for a decision you take after reading an analysis, for an opportunity you consider missed, or for any consequence of a result going the other way, whatever confidence was displayed. Where the law applicable to you does not permit an exclusion this wide, this clause applies as far as that law allows and no further, and the rest of these terms stays in force.
Applicable law and disputes
The applicable law and the competent courts are stated in the legal notice. The mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
Interface language, time zone, billing country and legal market are separate: the language you read does not determine the law that applies to you.
Settling a disagreement
Write to us first, through the contact published in the legal notice, describing the problem, the date and the amount if there is one. We answer in writing. If that does not settle it, the applicable law and the competent courts are those stated in the legal notice, and you keep every right your country of residence gives you, including the right to bring the matter before your own courts and to use any out-of-court dispute scheme open to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Each update is published under a new version, and continued use may require an explicit acceptance of that new version.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Access may be suspended in case of a breach of these terms, a legal obligation or a security risk.
