Delete your account
You can delete your account and its personal data at any time, free of charge, from the app or the website.
From the app or the website
Sign in, open Account, then choose “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page and confirm. If your account has a password, you will be asked for it. If you signed up with Google, sign in again first: deletion is accepted within 15 minutes of signing in. The account is deleted immediately.

Write to us from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your email address and name (replaced by an anonymous placeholder), your password and Google sign-in, every session, pending email verifications, your saved matches, the competitions and teams you follow and your answers to the welcome screen, your age declaration and accepted documents, your visit history and any email waiting to be sent to you.
What is kept, and for how long
What the payment audit requires is kept under an anonymous identifier that no longer carries your name or email address: orders, payment attempts and provider transactions, access periods granted and the billing-country evidence behind a price. Your cookie choice is kept as dated evidence, no longer linked to the account. These records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Any remaining Premium access ends with the account.
